Where does your candy come from?
Every piece in our range is sourced directly from trusted Swedish confectioners. We partner with reputable manufacturers to bring authentic Scandinavian sweets to the UAE.
What makes Swedish candy special?
Swedish sweets use real ingredients, balanced flavors, and playful textures, no high-fructose corn syrup or artificial colors. It’s candy you can feel good about.
How do I place an order?
Browse our site or build your own bag at Pick & Mix or choose any of our Candy Mixes.
How does Custom Pick & Mix work?
Select your favourite candy - each scoop is 100 g. The total price updates in real time. Once you have at least 5 scoops, click Checkout and complete your payment. If you order 1 kg or more, you’ll automatically receive a 5 % discount on that order.
What is the minimum order value and do you offer free shipping?
We require a minimum order of AED 60 . All orders of AED 150 or more qualify for free shipping anywhere in the UAE; smaller orders will incur a standard delivery fee calculated at checkout
What payment methods and currencies do you accept?
We use Stripe for secure transactions. Pay in AED (with optional USD/EUR display) using major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
How long does delivery take?
We offer same-day or next-day delivery across the UAE. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a delivery window by WhatsApp.
Where can I find ingredient and allergen information?
All details - full ingredient lists, and allergen warnings - are available on each product’s page under Ingredients & Allergens.
I have a severe allergy - can I order safely?
We label all known allergens clearly online. Our facility handles common allergens (dairy, nuts, gluten), so if you have life-threatening sensitivities, please contact us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Do you offer event or corporate solutions?
Yes. From party packs to branded corporate gifts, we’ll tailor candy assortments to your needs. Message us in our contact form or text us at Whatsapp with your requirements for a custom proposal.
What is your returns and refunds policy?
Because candy is perishable, we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 3 days via e-mail or WhatsApp and we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit.
